All sales of pre-recorded courses are final and non-refundable.
Once access to the course has been granted, we cannot process any refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
Duplicate Payment: If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same course, you may request a refund for the duplicate charge.
Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to the course and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 days, a refund may be issued at our discretion.
